Responsibilities:

  • Design and formulate HR policies to meet the company's directions and align with the market best practice
  • Review existing HR policies and procedures and ensure they are properly implemented and compliance with local law
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for headquarters functions.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies and enhance the onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Manage the full spectrum of the employment process, including recruitment, package proposal, performance management, professional development and exit management, etc.
  • Handle regular HR reporting and data analysis as required

Qualifications:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources field with at least 2 years at supervisory level from a sizable companies MUST F&B industry;
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and other employment related ordinances and practice;
  • Detail-minded, responsible, proactive and able to work independently;
  • Diplomacy, integrity, strong analytical, organizational and consultation skills;
  • Good command of both spoken and written of English and Chinese;
  • Proficiency in PC software, e.g. PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels;
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
