Responsibilities:
‧ Report to Accounting Manager and supervise a team of accounting staff to perform daily accounting duties
‧ Handle daily accounting duties independently, including accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliations and accounting schedules, etc
‧ Prepare quarterly financial statements, reporting packages and related analysis
‧ Reconcile inter-company accounts between related parties
‧ Assist in month-end closing and prepare schedules of management reports, ensure the accuracy and meet the deadline
‧ Assist in communication with external parties to handle audits and tax returns
‧ Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
‧ Degree in accounting or related disciplines
‧ Minimum 3 years' experience in accounting field, previous accounting experience in retail industry will be an advantage
‧ Knowledge of MYOB will be an advantage
‧ Japanese-Language Proficiency (JLPT) N1 or N2 will be an advantage
‧ Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
‧ Independent, proactive, attention to details, deadline driven and good interpersonal skills
