Product Development Manager (Financial Markets Department)

Responsibilities:

• Manage product development plans and implementing product due diligence processes from front to end
• Work closely with relationship managers and clients to explore new business opportunities and actively participate in the marketing and selling of treasury products and services
• Keep update with the market products and market situation to optimize the product inventories
• Provide professional financial solutions and conduct credit analysis and prepare credit proposals
• Assist in system enhancement including requirement and UAT etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ product development experience
• Sound knowledge of financial market products
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Can work independently for the due diligence processes
• Strong credit analysis and risk management skills as well as ability to analyses and make sound judgments on complex financial information
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English. Native Mandarin speaking is an absolute advantage
