Our client is a public utility and property management company. As a result of expansion, they are looking for an Assistant Manager working on system development to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct application system development including system design, technical analysis and project management
  • Work closely with vendors and user teams to consolidate requirements and deliverables
  • Perform project management duties and work with other teams on Dynamic CRM system integration
  • Assist to develop and review requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations for the proposed solution from various parties
  • Proactive support the business objectives of Company by contributing technical advice and input as necessary
  • Analyze operational matrix, Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques like BI tools and dashboard
  • Conduct user acceptance test and user training before system go-live
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems or related discipline
  • 5 years or above experience in design, development, testing and system release
  • Experience in development, implementation and integration is a must, preferrably in MS Dynamic CRM and API integration with various systems
  • Experience in C# development is a must
  • Experience in managing vendors for project delivery
  • Workflow design/ system design on Azure or Alibaba Cloud/ Sharepoint Online/ PowerBI experience is an advantage
  • Self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, liaising and supervisory skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese writing
