This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and assess user requirements in operating and integrating airport systems with Airport Asset Management System (AAMS)
  • Analyze and design the operation flow and system integration of airport systems with AAMS
  • Extract data from various airport systems and AAMS to conduct analysis that provides insights for enhancing airport operations, facilities maintenance and budget monitoring
  • Assist in managing and monitoring the project progress and deliverables quality
  • Coordinate with users and contractors in conducting system design, prototype, testing and commissioning
  • Review and comment on the contractor’s submissions on system design, specifications, project schedule etc.
  • Ensure all contractor’s deliverables in compliance with user requirements and following the Authority's requirements
  • Prepare training materials and provide functional & technical support to users

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or other related disciplines with at least 6 years’ experience in project management, system design, development, and implementation
  • Experience in application design, implementation and development of Warehouse Management Systems, Operational Technology Systems with Asset Management System is preferred
  • Knowledge in Asset Management System, Financial Systems, Procurement System, IBM Maximo and Oracle E-business Suite, Oracle Procurement Cloud is an added advantage
  • Knowledge in IBM Maximo Java Class, Automation Scripts, Customization Archive, BIRT Reports and Cognos Reports is an added advantage
  • Strong communication, coordination, interpersonal, analytical and organizing skills
  • Proactive, service-oriented and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
