Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute mobile banking/internet banking projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Develop project timelines, set key objectives, formulate contingency strategies, and ensure smooth project progression.
- Maintain effective communication with all teams within the Digital Platform Center and relevant departments, clearly explain project details to stakeholders, exchange feedback, and foster collaborative relationships.
- Monitor project progress, regularly report updates to supervisors and management.
- Follow up on implemented projects, provide improvement recommendations for optimization.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance teamwork and professional development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to propose innovative suggestions for projects.
Requirements
- Degree holder
- 6 years’ experience in digital platform development or project management, including 3 years’ hands-on experience in internet and mobile banking development and operation
- Strong banking sense and self-motivated with good analytical and project management skills and be able to work independently
- Good understanding of project methodology, frameworks and best practice
- Good communication and writing skills in Chinese and English, fluent in English and Putonghua
- Excellent inter-personal skill
- A good team player with creative mind
