The Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority (HKEAA) is an independent and notfor-profit statutory body which administers public examinations in Hong Kong. Our scope of responsibility extends to administering over 200 international and professional examinations. We are looking for talented people to join hands with the HKEAA family in contributing to the provision of valid, reliable and equitable examinations and a range of assessment services to meet the educational and societal needs of the community. Applications are now invited for the following post:
Duties: The appointee will lead and manage digital transformation initiatives with a focus on
emerging technologies and automation solutions. Key responsibilities include:
(a) Drive projects on automation and low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform,
n8n, and other workflow automation tools;
(b) Lead implementation of AI-driven solutions, including chatbot development, machine
learning models, and intelligent automation;
(c) Manage projects involving low-code/no-code development to accelerate business process
digitization;
(d) Provide project governance and quality assurance, ensuring adherence to best practices and
PM frameworks;
(e) Coordinate with PMO, business stakeholders, IT professionals, and vendors to deliver
innovative technology solutions;
(f) Oversee project lifecycle, from planning and specification drafting to execution and postimplementation
review;
(g) Support tendering, procurement, and contract management for technology projects; and
(h) Handle ad hoc tasks related to emerging tech initiatives.
Requirements:
(a) A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project
Management, or related disciplines;
(b) Minimum 6 years of work experience, including at least 3 years in project management for
technology-driven initiatives, with hands-on exposure to automation tools, AI, Power
Platform, low-code development, and related technologies;
(c) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
(d) PMP certification preferred; additional IT professional/technical certificates are an
advantage;
(e) Proactive, detail-oriented, independent, and adaptable with a “can-do” attitude;
(f) Excellent problem-solving, vendor management and presentation skills; and
(g) Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
Employment Terms: The remuneration package will be commensurate with qualifications
and experience. Appointment will be on a fixed-term contract with contract-end-gratuity, MPF
benefits, medical and dental care. Future employment may be offered on renewable contracts
subject to performance and staffing needs.
