Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the AI application strategies aligned with the business transformation goals
2. Identify high-impact use cases for AI in customer engagement, risk management and operation efficiency
3. Manage and oversee the Personal Banking IT demand management to ensure technology investments align with business priority
4. Work closely with business users, operations, IT and vendors to ensure effective project implementation and adherence to bank standards and budget costs against approved plan
5. Act as the central point of contact for all cross-functional AI initiatives, ensuring alignment and synergy between projects
6. Summarize AI use cases and IT demand management insights, and report to the department head and senior leadership team on a regular basis
7. Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and regulatory developments to guide strategic decision

Requirements:

1. University degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in banks, large technology companies and consultant companies
3. Solid experience in project management, and familiar with machine learning, NLP and generative AI applications
4. Strong understanding of advance digital working methodologies including agile, lean, value stream mapping and design thinking
5. Proficiency in IT demand management tools and methodologies: Skilled in using demand management systems and project management frameworks
6. Excellent cross-departmental coordination and communication skills: Able to balance the needs of business, IT, and technical teams, and drive collaboration in a complex organizational structure.
7. Agile Product Owner/Scrum Master, Six Sigma and Project Management professional qualification is a plus
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities: Capable of quickly identifying key issues in projects/demands and proposing feasible solutions.
9. Be able to manage and build up rapport with professional and different level of business and technology stakeholders
10. Proficiency in both English and Chinese with good communication and presentation skills
