Officer, Bills Processing

Responsibilities:

• Assist supervisors on daily operations of Bills Processing Centre
• Perform LC documents checking, Import and Export loans processing
• Ensure transactions are handled in accordance with the Bank's policies, procedures and guidelines
• Handle enquiries from customers and internal staff
• Work closely with business units to provide quality bills services to customers

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in trade finance operations
• Good knowledge in trade financing and familiar with UCP600 and ISBP

Holder of Certified Documentary Credit Specialist is preferred

• Proactive, able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
