This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated branding strategies, managing marketing communications, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all channels.

Responsibilities :In this role, you will lead the development and execution of branding campaigns, including seasonal launches and integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social media, and experiential platforms. You will plan and manage advertising and publicity strategies to maximise brand visibility, while collaborating with creative agencies, PR firms, and production houses to deliver high-quality marketing materials and events on time and within budget.

You will also be responsible for maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across all internal and external communications. This includes overseeing content development and storytelling for marketing collateral, social media posts, and press releases to effectively communicate the brand's vision.

Additionally, you will monitor campaign performance, prepare post-campaign reports, and manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation. From time to time, you will support ad-hoc projects such as urgent promotional activities or special brand activations.

Requirements:

• Proven 8-12 years of expertise in marketing and agency management, particularly within the insurance sector.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and drive strategic decisions.
• Strong experience in Marketing communications, branding, events management for the Insurance Sector / B2C / Consumer markets
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required
• Familiarity with digital and social media platforms is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the business services industry and its marketing trends.
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines efficiently.
