Responsibilities:
- Assist in formulating, implementing and monitoring ESG strategic plan
- Provide recommendations and strategic plan to the Management in responding to the change in market and industry trend
- Maintain green and sustainable finance classification standards, expanding and conducting regular reviews, and supporting practical implementation
- Responsible for regulatory communication related to classification standards, external publicity, and internal training
- Act as a project manager in coordinating and implementing ESG strategic projects, and liaising with other business units
- Conduct research on various sustainability-related topics
Requirements:
- University graduate major in Economics / Business Administration / Finance / Environmental Science
- 4 years or above solid experience in banking / ESG / business planning and consultancy.
- Good communication and analytical skill, self-initiative, able to work under pressure
- Good banking business sense with strong entrepreneurial mind
- Well-versed with Office applications
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (fluent in Cantonese is preferred)
- Excellent Chinese and English writing skill
- Experience in business / ESG research analysis is preferred
