What you will be doing:

  • Ensure proper and regular statutory filings with various regulators.
  • Assist in the compilation of annual and interim reports, as well as other corporate publications.
  • Draft resolutions and correspondence for the Bank group.
  • Coordinate and organize documents and logistics for Board and Board Committees’ meetings.
  • Handle compliance-related matters to meet the corporate governance and statutory requirements
  • Perform tasks relating to corporate governance related matters of the Bank Group.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties as required.

What are we looking for:

  • Degree holder or above.
  • Minimum 5 years’ working experience in company secretarial positions, preferably gained in sizable companies; experience in banks an advantage.
  • Well versed in Companies Ordinance, Banking Ordinance, Securities and Futures Ordinance.
  • Positive attitude with good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Meticulous, well-organized, self-motivated, flexible, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with good multitasking skills.
  • Excellent common of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft software applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
