Role Summary 職位概要

• The Underwriting Manager will lead a team of professionals to drive profitable growth across general insurance lines. This role requires strong technical expertise in underwriting and reinsurance, strategic leadership to manage risk exposure, and the ability to develop innovative products while maintaining operational excellence.

• Lead and inspire a team of 6–8 underwriters
• 帶領並激勵 6–8 位核保團隊成員
• Report directly to the COO
• 直接向首席營運官匯報

Key Responsibilities 主要職責

• Develop and review underwriting plans, manage risk exposure through delegated authority and reinsurance
• 制定及審核核保計劃，並透過授權及再保險管理風險
• Underwrite Motor, Property & Casualty, and Accident & Health products to drive profitability and growth
• 核保汽車、財產及責任、意外及健康保險產品，以推動盈利及增長
• Provide technical support for treaty renewals, system updates, and daily operations
• 為再保險合約續簽、系統更新及日常運作提供技術支援
• Handle general business, inward facultative, and treaty reinsurance underwriting
• 負責一般業務、臨分再保及合約再保的核保工作
• Prepare reinsurance treaty renewal data, review slip wordings, compare terms, and draft replacement reports
• 準備再保合約續簽資料，審核合約條款，進行比較並撰寫替代報告
• Drive product development, enhancement, marketing, customer research, and product analysis
• 推動產品開發、優化、推廣、市場研究及產品分析
• Conduct regular credit control and monitor premium production against budget
• 定期進行信貸控制，並監察保費產出與預算的差異
• Propose business and underwriting strategies to achieve corporate targets
• 提出業務及核保策略，以達成公司目標
• Build and maintain strong client and producer relationships
• 建立並維持良好的客戶及業務合作夥伴關係
• Support the Head of Business Department in delivering excellent customer service and operational efficiency
• 協助業務部主管提供卓越的客戶服務並提升部門運作效率

Ideal Candidates 理想人選

• Bachelor’s degree in insurance or related fields (e.g. ANZIIF Senior Associate / Fellow CIP)
• 保險或相關學科學士學位（如 ANZIIF 高級會員 / 資深會員 CIP）
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in underwriting, reinsurance, and client servicing, with at least 5 years in management
• 具備 10 年或以上核保、再保及客戶服務經驗，其中至少 5 年管理經驗
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• 熟悉 MS Word、Excel 及 PowerPoint
• Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (spoken and written)
• 良好的英語、廣東話及普通話能力（書寫及口語）
