Responsibilities:
Acquire and solicit new bancassurance business through different channels, such as cross-selling, referral, personal business connections, etc.
Identify customers’ financial needs and cross-sell suitable bancassurance products to the customers.
Provide feedback on all issues pertaining to marketing, product acceptance and other issues related to the bancassurance products.
Provide quality and value-added service to customers in accordance with the Bank's service standards.
Ensure all bancassurance selling activities are in compliance with bank’s guidelines.
Conduct Due Diligence Checking and “KYC” process for customers.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business, Finance, Economics or related disciplines preferred
Minimum of 3 years of relevant insurance selling experience
Pass in IIQE papers 1, 2, 3 or equivalent
Relevant Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) qualification is preferable
Strong knowledge of insurance products, market trends, competitive activities in general industries and with awareness of overseas markets
Proven track record in marketing and selling insurance products
Familiar with regulatory requirements for carrying out insurance business
Good team player with strong service and customer orientation, self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
