Job Duties

• Assist in managing a small team in performing the full spectrum of Human Resources functions in the F&B industry
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and offboarding
• Collaborate with business unit heads to identify and address manpower planning, handle employee relations issues by acting as a trusted business partner for employees and the Company regarding HR matters, conflict resolution and career development
• Ensured compliance with local employment laws and regulations, including MPF and labor ordinance requirements
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and programs to support the Company's overall objectives
• Prepare and maintain HR analytics and reports to support decision-making and strategic planning
• Handle ad hoc projects as required

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 7 years' relevant experience gained in sizable companies, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry
• Well-versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment related legislations
• Meticulous, proactive, detail-minded, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and with a strong sense of responsibility
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will consider as Senior Human Resources Officer
