Description
As a Brand Management Director, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing category strategies to achieve business goals.
- Analyzing data to build product assortment strategies and find growth opportunities.
- Drive pricing strategies to ensure revenue goals are being achieved.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Monitoring category performance and implementing improvements to drive sales and profitability.
- Lead and coach a team and build a strong collaborative culture.
- Providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Profile
The Successful Applicant should have:
- At least 15 years of experience within ecommerce, FMCG or retail industry with strong brand management and category management experience.
- A proven leader with strong track record in driving P&L.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication and negotiation abilities.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must.
- Able to relocate to Taiwan.
