As a Senior Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the financial operations and consolidation process.
- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making and business growth.
- Managing cash flow, financial risk, and investments for optimal financial health.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise financial performance.
- Supervising and mentoring the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
- Identifying opportunities for cost-saving and efficiency improvements within the organisation.
Profile
A successful Senior Finance Manager should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Audit firm trained
- Strong knowledge of HKIFRS accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Experience in the industrial or manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
