Assistant NPI Manager (Based in Dongguan)

Requirements

Degree Holder in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Mechatronic Engineering
5 years or above experience in manufacturing industry
Solid knowledge in product development, production and testing process
Proven experience in project management and budget control
Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
Station in Dongguan factory is required

Responsibilities

Liaise with customers on product specifications
Ensure project schedule and deliverables to be completed on time
Enhance operation efficiency and cost effectiveness
Formulate project plan and arrange necessary resources for project implementation
Communicate with oversea customers and in-house related production departments for project development
Occasional overseas travel may be required to join customers' project meetings
Experience in mechanical design with ProE/Creo will be an advantage
