Personal Assistant (marketing / sales/ Public relations background)

Job description:

  • Responsible for all business and work support of the Chairman when he is in Hong Kong including business outreach, meeting arrangements, record keeping and business supervision, as well as other business accompaniment and participation in important events;

  • Participate in the planning and development of different businesses of the group company in Hong Kong and present good recommendations;

  • Handle the building up and development of company corporate culture

  • Responsible for the office management of the Hong Kong office including human resources, office administration and other support work;

  • Develop and maintain supplier systems to support the smooth operation of various functions of the Hong Kong office;

    Job requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above;

  • 3-8 years experience in marketing / sales / public relations with or without personal assistant / secretarial exposure
    - ⁠Strong written skills in English and Chinese is an added value considered

  • ⁠Presentable, flexible with energy and drive

  • Working experience in Jewellry or Financial industry is a plus.

  • Excellent in management and external public relations communications;

  • ⁠Possess excellent communication power and can command fluent Putonghua, Cantonese and English
