Recruitment Manager

Responsibilities:

Support the full spectrum of recruitment services, including job advertisement posting, sourcing, screening, arranging and conducting interviews, offer extension, on-boarding logistics, conducting new hired staff orientation, etc
Data input and manage the HR system database and maintain employee record
Participate and coordinate in recruitment activities, exhibition and career talks
Process application and renewal of work visas for employees
Provide HR administrative support and other ad hoc projects

Requirements:

Degree in HRM or relevant discipline
1-3 years' Human Resources experience in a sizable firm
Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR Practice
Good communication skills, attentive to details, positive and willing to learn
Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
