To

Responsibilities:

Monitor the compliance functions of the Company and implement the necessary actions to ensure the compliance of all rules and regulations
Manage daily operations, review and update policies and procedures to ensure in comply with rules and regulations
Provide advice to the top management and implement business strategies
Handle ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

Current holder of SFC Responsible Officer license for Types 1 / 2 / 4 / 5 / 6 / 9 regulated activities
Minimum 3-5 years solid experience in asset management / fund management / portfolio management
Sound knowledge of SFO, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities and risk management
Solid knowledge of office operations, risk controls and investment strategies
Strong analytical, presentation and management skills
Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
