Founded in 1908, Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 3328) is one of the oldest banks in China, and also acted as one of the country’s banknote-issuing institutions. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of bills processors to perform bills transactions.
- Ensure daily bills transactions be conducted smoothly and complied to internal procedures and legal requirement.
- Contact with customers, business units and other departments to provide operational and professional bills advice.
- Customer-oriented attitude is required to provide efficient and timely services to customers.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
- Minimum 5 years' solid managerial experience, preferably with banking industry in bills area
- CDCS holder preferable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with positive work attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of both English and Chinese with ability to communicate in Putonghua is an advantage
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
