In this position, you will:
- Lead the implementation of core AI scenarios, such as precision marketing (user profiling, recommendation algorithms), frontline services (business processing, service inquiries), intelligent customer service (intent recognition, script generation), intelligent risk control (abnormal transaction detection), and automated operations (fault prediction, root cause identification), delivering scenario-specific technical solutions and architectural designs
- Lead the planning of centralized capability architectures for large-scale business support systems. Design AI technology stack selections (frameworks, platforms, tools) and build an end-to-end AI engineering platform
- Optimize AI model performance and cost. Design model compression, inference acceleration, and resource scheduling solutions for high-concurrency AI services, balancing model effectiveness with deployment costs
- Establish AI architecture governance standards, formulate model version management, data privacy protection, and AI ethics review mechanisms to ensure application compliance
- Track cutting-edge AI technologies (large model fine-tuning, generative AI applications), evaluate their implementation value in business support systems, produce pre-research reports, and drive pilot initiatives
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Application Technology, Pattern Recognition and Intelligent Systems,
- Over 8 years of experience, including 3+ years in AI-related roles
- Proficient in machine learning/deep learning frameworks, MLOps toolchains, and big data processing technologies; familiar with large model fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA) and model deployment techniques
- Skilled in algorithm development and engineering using specialized tools; knowledgeable about cloud-native deployment and monitoring tools; possesses foundational architecture design tool proficiency
- Strong technical integration capabilities and business acumen to deeply integrate AI technologies with business support scenarios; proven cross-team collaboration skills to coordinate algorithm, development, and business teams for project advancement
- Holder of AI-related certifications (e.g., Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer, AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty) or experience implementing large models in enterprise-level systems are preferred.
- Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
