Department: Digital Intelligence Management
In this position, you will:
- Lead the design of integrated IT system architecture, develop an overall architecture blueprint, and produce architecture design documentation
- Overcome key technical challenges in integrated systems, such as cross-domain system integration, high-concurrency processing, data consistency assurance, and system disaster recovery/backup, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance
- Establish an architecture governance system, define coding standards and architecture review processes, conduct regular architecture compliance checks to mitigate technical debt, and drive continuous architecture evolution
- Lead technology pre-research and innovation, track cutting-edge technologies like cloud-native and low-code platforms, evaluate feasibility for technology adoption, produce pre-research reports, and drive implementation
- Guide development teams in architecture implementation, provide solutions for technical challenges, and cultivate architectural thinking within the team
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,Technology, Software Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering or a related field
- Over 8 years of experience in telecom operator IT systems (BOSS/CRM/billing systems), preferably with involvement in major business support system projects and familiarity with telecom industry business rules (e.g., package design, billing logic, customer service processes)
- Proficient in distributed architecture, cloud-native technology stacks, and distributed middleware; mastery of architecture design methodologies; hands-on experience in designing and optimizing high-concurrency, high-availability systems
- Skilled in using architectural design tools, performance testing tools and basic coding capabilities
- Preferably holds relevant architect certifications (e.g., TOGAF certification, AWS/Azure Cloud Architect certification) or has experience with large-scale open-source projects
- Effective communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Putonghua
