Department: Data Centre & Network Implementation
In this position, you will:
- Oversee the end-to-end construction and management of the company’s Core Network, Transmission Network (equipment), and Service Network engineering throughout their lifecycle
- Manage the full lifecycle of projects within the relevant domain, including surveying, design, implementation, and project acceptance, while ensuring quality, schedule, cost, compliance, and safety standards are met
- Coordinate with partners, including survey and design units, construction contractors, equipment suppliers, and other third-party service providers, ensuring effective safety management and evaluation throughout the process
- Assist in researching advancements in new technologies
- Ensure compliance management within the team, promoting the establishment and implementation of relevant systems
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field
- Over 3 years of experience in Core Network /Transmission Network / Service Network, with relevant hands-on implementation experience
- Solid project experience and professional knowledge in service network (including: cloud, computing power, etc.)
- Familiarity with the sizable firms’s construction management processes, material procurement processes, and capital expenditure/capitalization processes
- Familiarity with embedded risk management, corporate compliance management, final account settlement, and audit-related processes
- Solid experience in establishing and managing small to medium-sized construction teams
- Strong teamwork, communication skills
- Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Holder of CCNA and CCNP will be an advantage
