Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessment on credit proposals of retail lending
- Provide recommendations on credit applications to facilitate approvals in compliance with the credit policies and guidelines
- Interact with internal parties, including frontline and operation departments
- Ensure customer service standards are met at all times
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or any related discipline
- At least 2 years of credit approval experience in banking industry
- Detailed minded with good credit sense and good knowledge of HKMA related guideline
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
