Responsibilities:
- Perform credit monitoring and review in commercial credit and risk management, ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements
- Manage portfolio review, assess Expected Credit Loss (ECL), identify potential credit risks and alert business unit with preventive measures or risk mitigation
- Monitor the performance of credit facilities utilization, analyze and review portfolio with potential high-risk indicators
- Identify early-alerts on potential problematic credits accounts and recommend appropriate actions plan to mitigate bank’s risk and loss
- Prepare data and reports, provide recommendation in resolving problematic accounts including formulation and implementation of loan recovery or exit plan
Requirements:
- University graduate or above with major in Risk Management, Statistics, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
- At least 4 years of solid experience in credit monitoring functions in banking industry
- Excellent analytical skills, self-initiated and able to handle multi-tasks under tight schedule
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
