Property Manager (Shopping Mall)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall supervision on operations of assigned properties with proper monitoring on budgeting, quality assurance and customer service

Requirements

• Degree in Property / Facility Management or related disciplines
• Have professional membership(s) of RPHM, CIH, HKIH, PMP (Tier 1) or equivalent
• At least 15 years’ relevant experience, of which 7 years at management level
• Conversant with DMC, BMO and related ordinances
• Proven experience in managing shopping mall is a must
• Excellent negotiation, project management, problem solving skills and posses strong and clear vision to enhance company’s market position
• Able to work independently and dynamically to ensure high quality of services being delivered
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
