Assist in handling full spectrum of human resources including recruitment, compensation & benefits administration, training & development, performance management, employee relations;
Monitor recruitment practices/situations to cope with business needs and recommend hiring packages and employment terms;
Participate in formulating HR policy and procedures in compliance with HK Employment Ordinance and related legislations;
Experience in conducting salary surveys, benchmarking and preparing HR analysis / market intelligence;
Assist in handling general office administration and company events;
Assist in ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in Human Resources with at least 2 years in supervisory level, preferably with experience in wholesale and retail industry;
Extensive knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance and related legislation and regulations;
Good team player with strong sense of responsibility and communication skills;
Ability to work independently, self-motivated, able to perform multi-task to meet tight deadlines;
Good command of both written English and Chinese;
Proficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Chinese Word Processing, etc.
