Manage the end-to-end bid and proposal process for new channel opportunities, including developing pricing models, drafting responses, and negotiating contract terms
Monitor and report on channel sales run rate, providing regular updates on key performance metrics such as revenue, bookings, pipeline, and forecast to sales leadership
Serve as the primary point of contact for APAC channel teams, handling inquiries, providing category sales support, and resolving any issues or escalations
Consolidate and analyze channel sales data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks
Collaborate with the channel sales team to develop and implement processes and tools to improve operational efficiency, such as streamlining quoting, order management, and invoicing
Provide ongoing training and support to channel partners to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell and support the product portfolio
Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
Job Requirements:
University or Bachelors degree in any discipline.
Typically 5-8 years of professional experience with Sales Operations, Business Planning experience preferred.
Consumer and/or Commercial Partner management expertise. End User Acct management as an alternative.
