SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER / PROPERTY MANAGER (Residential)

Reports to an Area Manager, the responsibility of a Senior Property Manager is leading a team of on-site staff to oversee all aspects of day-to-day property management functions of a residential portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• To supervise the on-site management teams and provide full range of services up to Company’s standard
• To coordinate with internal departments to align with corporate directions
• To achieve KPIs and compliance with Gov’t regulations and company policies
• To prepare budgets, cost control, manpower planning and regular reports
• To handle the emergencies of the property, attending IO/OC meetings and perform ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Property Management or related disciplines and possess MCIH or equivalent qualification
• At least 10 years relevant work experience, of which 5 years at managerial level
• Holder of PMP (Tier 1) License and well versed in Building Management Ordinance (BMO)
• Experience in managing high-end residential properties is a definite advantage
• A team player with good leadership skills and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, including Putonghua
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Property Manager
