Be responsible for general agency operations including but not limited to agency recruitment support, regular agency performance reporting, analysis of sales and industrial data for management review
Support business plan to drive the agency development
Perform other duties as assigned
Conduct market research to gather insights for new initiatives
Requirements:
University graduate with at least 5 years’ working experience, preferably in insurance industry
Strong sense of responsibility and attentive to details
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
