Lead the Policy Owner Services (POS) to maintain high quality service standard and achieve agreed service standard of policy administration
Develop and implement policy change policies and procedures adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements
Analyze data to identify trends and potential risks
Manage & review team's performance regularly by providing guidance and training
Identify areas for digitization and automation, promote digitization usage under POS; identify process re engineering so as to improve operation efficiency
Participate in new product development and AML related tasks, support relevant system enhancement
Maintain good relationship with distribution channels and conduct agency visit
Requirements:
University Graduate or above
8-10 years of experience in policy administration in life insurance
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
Independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet challenges
Keen to building, managing and developing relationships
Strong execution with ability to meet tight deadline
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
