The incumbent will provide administrative support in HR operations relating to compensation & benefits and provide supporting to Group HR Department in daily HR shared services.
Responsibilities:
Monthly payroll computation (both regular and arrear cycle), MPF contribution & leave administration and related reports preparation
Prepare tax documents for annual filing and ad hoc request for termination
Support the rental reimbursement applications
Assist in development and migration of HR Information System
Ensure employees’ compliance of HR policies and procedures
Prepare staff on-boarding documents and materials
Personal files and HR Information System data management
Manage and generate the HR forms and letters
Execute the new joiner background checking policy
Handle staff and new joiner’s benefits matters
Prepare the HR and Management Reports
Support the C&B ad-hoc duties / projects assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
At least 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in compensation & benefits administration gained from sizable organizations. Payroll experience is an advantage
Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, Employee Compensation Ordinance, MPF regulations, etc.
Accurate and sensitive in numerical works
Mature, independent, cautious, problem solver, good analytical thinking, self-motivated and well-organized
Team player with a pleasant, proactive, customer-oriented attitude and can-do mindset
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office tools, including Words and Excel. Knowledge of HR Information System is an advantage
Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Associate Senior Officer - Human Resources
