Senior / Business Analyst – Quality Assurance

Responsibilities:

• Support data analysis in Mobile Quality Assurance Project
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for ISO Certification
• Participate in Mystery Shopper Project
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical / Information / Industrial Engineering / Organizational Management or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis
• Proficient in MS Excel and Tableau
• Knowledge in ISO and Quality Management is an advantage
• Independent, good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
