APAC Sales Director

Role Summary
- Lead sales strategy and execution across APAC
- Develop and manage vendor partnerships to strengthen the supply chain
- Oversee operations team to ensure alignment with corporate goals
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies and plans
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver customer-centric service solutions
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities through strategic proposals and relationship-building
- Establish sourcing and supply chain solutions tailored to client needs
- Select and manage vendor relationships, fostering long-term strategic partnerships
- Expand regional and global sourcing capabilities to meet client expectations
- Contribute to management team initiatives and operational improvements
- Coordinate quality functions across internal departments, suppliers, and third-party providers
- Lead, coach, and develop an operations team of 8–10 members to achieve performance excellence
- Travel frequently across the region as required
Ideal Candidates
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a senior leadership role with a proven track record
- Strong expertise in managing complex supply chains and driving commercial growth
- Ability to develop and execute high-impact sales strategies and performance metrics
- Strategic and operational planning capabilities
- Demonstrated leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and team collaboration skills
- Deep understanding of global markets, with emphasis on APAC region
- Experience in project management and cross-functional alignment
- Existing network of client and vendor relationships is highly advantageous
