Responsibilities
- Report directly to the European General Manager of the Hong Kong office
- Provide daily support in accounting and administrative functions
- Handle routine accounting tasks such as journal entries, data entry, voucher preparation, and general bookkeeping
- Assist the purchasing team in preparing, issuing, and following up on sales quotations
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding quotation matters via phone and email
- Maintain and organize accounting documents and records
- Coordinate logistics including transportation, travel, and accommodation arrangements
Ideal Candidates
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
- 2+ years accounting or auditing experience, or related
- Prior exposure to accounting or administrative support is highly preferred
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
