The Opportunity : Audit Manager / Senior Audit Manager
- Deliver audit, audit-related, and other assurance services to clients across a wide range of industries
- Manage all aspects of audit engagements, including planning, administration, staff scheduling, execution, and progress tracking to meet deadlines and milestones
- Maintain effective and timely communication with clients
- Foster strong internal collaboration across service lines
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing and thought leadership initiatives
- Demonstrate resilience under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to junior team members
- Report directly to the partner
- Occasional travel may be required
Ideal Candidates
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- 7+ years of relevant audit experience in an audit firm, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Experience auditing listed and private companies; knowledge of IPOs, Listing Rules, and capital raising transactions is an advantage
- Strong technical proficiency and project management capabilities
- Self-motivated and able to manage seasonal workload effectively
- Proven leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team development
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
- Committed to delivering high-quality service and exceeding client expectations
