• We're currently seeking a dynamic and experienced INTERIOR DESIGN ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR to help shape the future of luxury design.

  WHAT YOU'LL DO :

• Lead and inspire a talented team across multiple high-end residential and hospitality projects—from concept through completion.
• Drive design excellence while balancing aesthetic vision with strategic project delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to bring ideas to life with flawless execution.
• Foster a culture of creativity, growth, and innovation within the design team.
• Oversee procurement and ensure design integrity across furnishings, fixtures, and finishes.
• Keep ahead of design trends, materials, and technology to continually elevate our work.

• Occasional travel across project sites as needed.

  WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 10+ years of proven experience in premium residential and/or hospitality design.
• Exceptional design acumen with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Written proficiency in English and/or Chinese; fluency in Mandarin and/or English is an asset.

• A collaborative spirit with the ability to energize and guide a team.
