Role Summary- Lead and manage a team of 4–5 HR and Administration professionals, overseeing the full spectrum of human resources and administrative functions for a dynamic office of approximately 100 employees.

  • Responsible for driving operational excellence across recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, office management, and compliance, while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure smooth talent transitions.

  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Administer payroll, benefits programs, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and drive employee engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee daily office operations and supervise administrative staff.
  • Manage vendor relationships, procurement of office supplies, and coordination of facility maintenance.
  • Coordinate internal communications and organize company events.
  • Assist with budgeting processes and monitor departmental expenditures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure efficient record-keeping systems.

Ideal Candidates- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in human resources and office administration, preferably within a Japanese corporate environment.

  • Strong understanding of Hong Kong labor ordinance and HR best practices.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficient in Japanese, English & Chinese
