- Hong Kong office serves as the APAC regional headquarters for sales, marketing and merchandising operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage global projects related to textiles accessories (softgoods) and branded merchandise
- Coordinate product concepts, selection, specifications, and design development
- Support product development processes to meet time, cost, and quality standards
- Assist in packaging structure planning and user manual creation
- Conduct market analysis and monitor global trends and consumer demand
- Liaise with customers and suppliers throughout the product development cycle, from design to production
- Schedule and oversee production activities to ensure timely delivery
- Process sales orders and coordinate logistics for shipment and fulfillment
Ideal Candidates
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a merchandising or product coordination role
- Exposure to textiles or softgoods is a plus
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel occasionally
