Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Chief Business Director
- Lead and manage the merchandising team at the Dongguan factory
- Oversee the entire merchandising process from product development to goods delivery
- Stay informed on global fashion trends, with a focus on lingerie
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships, adapting to evolving client needs
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies across China, Vietnam, and Cambodia
- Negotiate optimal pricing and terms through strategic sourcing and account management
- Enhance procurement processes and evaluate supplier capabilities in fabric and trims
- Drive account growth by aligning business models with company strengths and market dynamics
- Establish sales and sourcing strategies and set performance targets across regions, customers, and suppliers
Ideal Candidates
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fashion, Textiles, Clothing, or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the apparel industry, with a strong focus on lingerie
- Proven expertise in product development, sourcing, and production, preferably in lingerie or swimwear
- Familiarity with European and North American markets
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Skilled in MS Office and ERP systems

- 80% of time based in Dongguan factory; 20% in Hong Kong office
