Company Overview- Subsidiary of a Hong Kong–listed electronics manufacturing group
- Expanding into computer server production with a new, state‑of‑the‑art facility in Shenzhen
- Seeking a results‑driven Project Manager to oversee the successful launch of a new computer server assembly line
The Opportunity: Project Director – Computer Server Manufacturing- Reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO)
- Responsible for managing the planning, setup, and operational readiness of a new computer server production line
- Focused on project management, execution, stakeholder coordination, and timely delivery of operational milestones
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end‑to‑end project management of the new computer server assembly line, from initiation to full‑scale operation
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to meet milestones and deliverables
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, production, supply chain, and quality to ensure smooth execution
- Oversee vendor and contractor management for equipment installation and facility setup
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and product specifications throughout project execution
- Provide regular project status reports and strategic updates to senior management and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and operational efficiency
Ideal Candidate- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related discipline (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 10–15 years of project management experience in electronics or computer product manufacturing environments
- Proven experience in computer server manufacturing projects is essential
- Strong background in project planning, resource management, and cross‑functional coordination
- Experience in production line setup or ramp‑up is an advantage
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with a focus on execution and delivery
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
