Role Summary- You will oversee the company's risk framework for securities trading and OTC derivatives.
- Reporting directly to the Responsible Officer, the role focuses on daily risk monitoring, regulatory compliance, and strengthening risk controls across investment and operational areas.
- Responsible for the company's risk management framework in securities trading and over-the-counter derivatives.
- This position reports directly to the supervisor and focuses on daily risk monitoring, regulatory compliance, and strengthening risk control at the investment and operational levels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement robust risk management frameworks, policies, and controls covering both investment risks and operational risks of the company and OTC derivative products issued
- Design and enhance risk reporting tools and perform analysis
- Conduct daily risk limit monitoring, including market, credit, liquidity, operational, legal, and compliance risks specific to securities trading and OTC derivative product issuance operations
- Perform daily risk reporting and regulatory reporting to ensure compliance with SFC requirements
- Handle ad hoc risk management tasks as assigned by Responsible Officers
- Report directly to the Responsible Officer
- Establish and implement a comprehensive risk management framework, policies, and control measures to cover the investment and operational risks of the company and its over-the-counter derivatives products.
- Design and optimize risk reporting tools and analysis
- Daily monitoring of risk limits, including market, credit, liquidity, operational, legal and compliance risks, with a particular focus on securities trading and the issuance of over-the-counter derivatives.
- Prepare daily risk reports and regulatory reports to ensure compliance with the China Securities Regulatory Commission's regulations.
- Handling temporary risk management tasks assigned by the person in charge
- Report directly to the person in charge
Requirements- Degree holder in Risk Management, Finance, Statistics, or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in risk management within an SFC Type 1 Licensed Corporation (securities brokerage)
- Exposure to OTC derivative products preferred
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills
- Good command of both Chinese and English
- Bachelor's degree or above in risk management, finance, statistics or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of risk management-related work experience in a company holding a Type 1 license (securities brokerage) from the Securities and Futures Commission.
- Candidates with experience in off-exchange derivatives will be given preference.
- Possesses strong financial modeling and analysis capabilities
- Excellent cross-departmental communication skills
- Good Chinese and English skills
