Role Summary :
- Reporting to: APAC Sales Director
- Manage key accounts in APAC
- Grow business in APAC
- Occassional trip to APAC
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in Hong Kong & APAC, aligning with the company’s strategic goals for the Asian market
- Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and trends Recommend strategies to enhance sales performance and customer experience
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing and potential customer networks across Hong Kong and APAC
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support quotations, project execution, and customer requests
- Resolve client issues promptly and escalate when necessary to ensure satisfaction
- Provide regular updates on account status, sales pipeline, and market opportunities
Ideal candidates
- University degree or equivalent qualification
- 3+ years of experience in key account management
- Experience in the packaging industry is highly prefer
- Experience servicing clients in sectors such as cosmetics & beauty, wine & spirits, fashion & handbags, jewellery, and technology is a strong advantage
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Detail-oriented and eager to take on challenges
- Energetic, proactive, and adaptable with a positive mindset
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the region
