Company Overview:
- Manufacturer of home hardgoods including hardware components, furniture and furniture parts, metal home furnishing products, and building materials
- Hong Kong : trading and sales office
- Guangdong : manufacturing plant
- Primary export markets: United States, European Union, and Southeast Asia
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle key accounts assigned by the company and maintain strong client relationships to grow the business
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in global export markets
- Manage customer inquiries and convert leads into successful sales deals
- Represent the company at overseas exhibitions and trade shows
- Develop market-specific strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, product quality, and compliance with technical requirements
- Participate in the design and development of new products
- Operate independently without direct subordinates, supported by a sales administration team
- Act as an individual contributor to drive key account growth and develop new overseas customers
Ideal Candidates
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales of products, semi-finished goods, or components
- Proven track record of being aggressive, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Experience in metal products, building materials, or home/kitchen furniture is an advantage
- Prior participation in overseas exhibitions and trade shows is a plus
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Willingness to travel occasionally to China for factory visits
- Willingness to travel overseas for client meetings and industry events
Terms & Benefits:
- 5.5-day work week : Mon to Fri 9:00am-5:30pm; Sat 9:00am-1:00pm
- Guaranteed commission for the first 3 months
