Role Summary / 職位概要- Work with management to perform business development efforts in European and emerging markets.

- This is an individual contributor role that involves close collaboration with the CEO to drive strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities / 主要職責- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and expand market presence, especially in Europe and ASEAN.
- 銷售策略：制定並執行策略計劃，以達成銷售目標並拓展市場，特別是歐洲及東盟地區。
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- 客戶互動：建立並維持良好客戶關係，了解客戶需求並提供度身訂造的解決方案。
- Market Intelligence: Conduct research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive insights in emerging markets.
- 市場情報：進行研究以發掘新機會、趨勢及新興市場的競爭資訊。
- Product Expertise: Stay informed on sensor technologies and applications to effectively communicate product value.
- 產品專業：持續掌握感應器技術及應用，以有效傳達產品價值。
- Cross‑functional Collaboration: Coordinate with R&D, production, and marketing teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- 跨部門協作：與研發、生產及市場團隊協調，確保銷售工作與公司目標一致。
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals to maximize profitability.
- 談判與成交：主導合約談判並完成交易，以最大化盈利。
- Travel: Travel is required to China, Europe, Southeast Asia, and other overseas markets for client visits and business development.
- 出差：需前往中國、歐洲、東南亞及其他海外市場進行客戶拜訪及業務拓展。
- Leadership Partnership: Work directly with the CEO to align sales initiatives with overall company strategy.
- 領導合作：直接與行政總裁合作，確保銷售計劃與公司整體策略一致。
Ideal Candidates / 理想人選- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 工程、商業、市場營銷或相關學科學士學位。
- 3+ years of sales experience in the sensor or electronics industry.
- 三年以上感應器或電子行業的銷售經驗。
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- 具備成功達成銷售目標的良好紀錄。
- Familiarity with sensor applications across multiple industries.
- 熟悉感應器在多個行業的應用。
- Strong understanding of market dynamics in Europe, ASEAN, the Middle East, and other emerging regions.
- 深入了解歐洲、東盟、中東及其他新興地區的市場動態。
- Engineering background is an advantage.
- 具工程背景者更佳。
