  • The Hong Kong office functions as the Asia Regional Office, responsible for supply chain management for global customers and serving as the sales hub for the Asia market. It manages goods produced by vendor factories in Asia and coordinates shipments to Europe, the Middle East, and ASEAN markets, while also driving regional business development in APAC.

Role Purpose

  • You will support the company’s business development activities in Hong Kong and across Asia, coordinating daily sales operations and assisting in the development of new opportunities.
  • The position is office‑based and serves as a key bridge between headquarters in France and Dubai, the production network in Asia, and a growing customer base across Europe, the Middle East, and ASEAN markets.
  • This role combines sales coordination, lead generation, and market research — ideal for an energetic, organised professional who excels in communication, presentation, and follow‑up.
  • Reporting Line: This position reports directly to the Sales Directors in France and Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive administrative and communication support to Sales Directors in France and Dubai.
  • Consolidate existing client business, track project status, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
  • Prepare professional sales proposals, quotations, and presentation materials.
  • Liaise with the Operations team to ensure clients receive accurate updates on orders, deliveries, and schedules.
  • Conduct ongoing research and profiling of potential clients, distributors, and projects across Hong Kong and Asia.
  • Identify key prospects in the architecture, design, and flooring sectors aligned with the company’s product range.
  • Support outbound marketing and follow‑up initiatives, nurturing leads through the early sales cycle.
  • Coordinate and attend international and regional trade fairs and design exhibitions.
  • Act as the communication link between the Hong Kong office and Sales Directors in France and Dubai.
  • Prepare regular reports on lead generation, pipeline activity, and customer communication.

Ideal Candidates

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales coordination, or marketing support, ideally within an international B2B environment.
  • Experience working across Hong Kong and Asian markets is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with interior materials, design, or construction sectors preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent spoken and written English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin fluency strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented with strong follow‑up discipline.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems (Odoo, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Self‑motivated, professional, and comfortable working across time zones.
