Senior Design Liaision Manager - Interior Design & Client Engagement

Role Summary:
- You willl act as the key link between clients and the creative team, ensuring alignment between client expectations and design execution across luxury hospitality and residential projects.
- Reporting to the Chief Creative Officer, this role manages communication, design deliverables, and project timelines while supporting business development and contributing to design trend insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the Company as a key client-facing professional throughout the design process
- Collaborate closely with Design Directors to understand the creative vision of each project
- Act as the primary communication bridge between clients and the design team during the design stage
- Interpret client needs and ensure satisfaction with design solutions and project direction
- Manage design deliverables and timelines to ensure smooth execution
- Lead and attend project meetings, including kick-off sessions and design presentations
- Coordinate with project management teams and attend site meetings as needed during drawing production and construction phases
- Monitor global design trends and contribute to internal knowledge sharing through initiatives such as the Design Newsletter
- Support business development by identifying new opportunities and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated by senior management
Ideal Candidates :
- Degree holder preferably in Interior Design, Architecture....or related
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Strong practical knowledge of interior design and project workflows
- Deep understanding of design stages, deliverables, and finishing materials
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience with overseas projects, particularly in Southeast Asia and the Middle East, is an advantage
