About the Company- We are a subsidiary of a Hong Kong-listed electronic manufacturing group, now expanding into network device production with a new state-of-the-art facility in Dongguan.

• As part of our strategic growth, we are seeking a technically strong Senior Project Manager to lead engineering-driven initiatives and oversee the setup of our new network device production line.

  The Opportunity : Senior Project Manager- Report to COO

• This role combines project leadership with deep engineering expertise.

• The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage technical execution, and ensure the successful launch and optimization of network device manufacturing operations.

  Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning and execution of a new network device production line

• Coordinate engineering teams across mechanical, electrical, and process disciplines
• Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation
• Drive process optimization and resolve technical challenges on the shop floor
• Collaborate with supply chain, quality, and production departments to ensure smooth execution
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and technical specifications

• Report project progress to senior management and stakeholders

  Ideal Candidates- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)

• 6+ years of experience in network device manufacturing
• Strong project management skills with engineering depth
• Familiarity with server architecture, PCB assembly, and automated production systems

• Fluent in Mandarin and English
